There's not much to say really, the achievements speak for themselves.
So, after a pretty interesting week of raiding in TotC (Anub'arak one-shotted, what a joke), we finished up this week's raid by downing Freya and Yogg Saron both on Hard-mode. Suprisingly, Freya was an absolute cake-walk and a glorified wand-vendor for casters, and after a few attempts on Yogg, the Old God succumbed to our raiding abilities and filled our text logs with achievements-spam, good times, good times. Algalon on the other hand, does not seem to go down without a fight so easily...

Other than that, congratulations guys on obtaining the Rusted Proto Drake!

Our Headquarters. Thankfully the scourge has not yet decimated the region.
To mark this momentous occasion, I decided to celebrate by writing a site news update - pushing the boat out a bit aren't I? Christ...
Well anyway, as I'm sure you're all aware (just like *THIS* happy Kings Cross fan right here), we've had a lot of very brilliant times raiding, doing old school content, piss-taking on Vent (because knowing what IT is is a damn Hard-Mode achievement in itself) going mental over PUGS in raids and watching random recruits being picked up and dropped left right and centre. Despite all of this though, we're still around one year later, still doing a decent job in raids and who knows, maybe we'll get Glory of the Ulduar Raider in the next few up and coming weeks eh?
Congrats to everyone who's been around and still around loving how things are picking up for us again, look how close we are from getting it!

Man those in-game scenes were cool to watch. WTB Algalon please?
So, after downing Yogg and the rest of the instance for the 2nd time, we decided to go back and down Iron Council on Hard Mode. Was a pretty simple fight tactically and no real problems arose from it. All in all a nice fight with nice loot with a nice bit of lore chucked in (end of the world? I think not!) for awesomeness. Good work again guys.

Two achievements in one night - One superb, the other gained by chance.
After a slight change of tactics working on XT-002 Hard-Mode, the thing was soundly downed for yet another week. The atmosphere itself was a relaxed but at the same time intense as the enrage timer began to dwindle itself down, congratulations guys on yet another achievement so soon into Ulduar. Oh, and we happened to get another achievement for Freya completely by chance and not even intended to be aimed for. We were just in the mood for trash-zerging I guess!

Congratulations guys, it was a terrific raid! (Click on the image for a larger resolution.)
So yeah, after three weeks of starting Ulduar raiding twice/three times a week, we have cleared all of the normal mode content that Ulduar has to offer us. Congratulations to Sennz for the Tier 8 Chestpiece, Fítz for the dagger and our guild bank for the Enhancement shaman gear. ;P

This isn't a very large update, the achievement explains it all really. Not bad for two weeks worth of Ulduar raiding, eh?

Yet more bosses down in Ulduar neatly before the reset, with The Keepers of Ulduar almost cleared with the exception of Mirmiron. Hodir, Thorim and Freya now downed. Expecting to be deafened by the word MEDIC at least a few times, but it should make for an interesting fight to say the least and be nailed at the rate Kings Cross is going with progression.

Senmos - Will he ever know?
After some memorable events spending our second week of raiding again on old Frostmane, things seem to be going well. With Naxxramas being a cake-walk as ever and now Ulduar being ventured into under different roles for the first time, great progression has been made, surprisingly good. After a few teething problems with tactics and pretty much dealing with never-attempted before bosses as a guild, Kings Cross are on the way to conquering the latest raid which Blizzard has to offer.
